What is the

Franklin Method®?

The Franklin Method® is a movement modality that’s been practiced for 30+ years and can be applied both as a stand alone training as well as in harmony with other movement modalities such as yoga, Pilates, and various forms of physical therapy.

After waking with no feeling in her left leg and discovering she had 3 herniated discs, Alison found relief through studying the intricacies of the spine via the Franklin Method® and has been endlessly curious about the connection between movement and healing ever since.

Along with being the one thing that helped me heal after a debilitating spinal injury, the Franklin Method uses the mind to influence real change in the body. As I like to say "we're in the business of improvement" and have tools to improve almost everything in life. It all starts with how we think.
